On Monday 5th February 2018, reporter Glen Falzon from TVM News interviewed two men with a disability happy to be employed after losing heart that they would ever find jobs. He also speaks to their mothers who express their gratitude towards the Lino Spiteri Foundation in helping their sons find the employment that was right for them.

The Lino Spiteri Foundation was set up as a Public Social Partnership between the Employment & Training Corporation and the Empower Coop Ltd. The aim of the Foundation is to enhance inclusion through empowering vulnerable individuals and working closely with civil society through a Council of NGOs that will support and guide the direction of the organisation.

Central to this is the individual who aspires to employment, inclusion and greater independence. The foundation’s role is to give them support and an opportunity to reach their fullest potential, whatever it may be.
