Our Mission

To create a change in mentality in the area of employment and disability. We believe that by breaking down barriers and providing the necessary support to the company and individual, we can facilitate the process of employment.

Our Goal

To reach and exceed a suitable and sustainable level of employment for persons with a disability and mental health conditions with access to contribute to the country’s economy as well as civil society in general.

The Lino Spiteri Foundation was set up as a Public Social Partnership between the Employment & Training Corporation and the Empower Coop Ltd. The aim of the Foundation is to enhance inclusion through empowering vulnerable individuals and working closely with civil society through a Council of NGOs that will support and guide the direction of the organisation.

Central to this is the individual who aspires to employment, inclusion and greater independence. The foundation’s role is to give them support and an opportunity to reach their fullest potential, whatever it may be.
